Vodafone Engages Chinese Communities in Italy
Vodafone needed to promote its C’all Power offer, aimed at Chinese communities residing in Italy.
Retex China supported Vodafone in creating an influencer marketing project that could both generate conversions and increase Vodafone’s brand awareness within this specific target audience.
Project
Retex China selected Chinese influencers residing in Italy and editorial WeChat accounts aligned with the desired target to promote the offer on the most popular digital platforms in China (WeChat, WeChat Channel, Douyin, and Little Red Book). The goal was to generate drive-to-store traffic, increase sales, and strengthen Vodafone's brand awareness.
Results
The project achieved 250,000 impressions and significantly strengthened the relationship with the Chinese community in Italy. Additionally, it was crucial in positioning Vodafone as a Chinese-friendly telecommunications brand, at the forefront of engaging with non-traditional digital platforms.
