Having established a global presence in 70 countries with over 800 stores, the Italian company Poliform is a major player in the interior design industry.
Poliform has invested significantly in emerging foreign markets with a clear focus on China, where it now has 9 showrooms. The brand wanted to reap the benefits of the Chinese market, and in 2017 contacted Digital Retex to implement a digital strategy with the objective of effectively penetrating the market and increase brand awareness.
RESULTS
Thanks to integrated digital marketing activities, Poliform’s WeChat Official Account witnessed a follower increase of 1.352% within a year. During the 2019 Shanghai Salone del Mobile, Poliform employed online and offline activities and engaged a relevant Key Opinion Leader, which grew the account by 26,4%. At the same event, Poliform significantly developed a follower acquisition strategy using QR codes, a powerful tool linking both offline and online.
