THE PROJECT
Having been present on WeChat for years with its Official Account, the company has decided to implement a new digital communication strategy to enhance the effectiveness of the channel aimed at the Chinese audience. The main objective of the project is to achieve communication consistency between the West and China across all components: graphics, layout, and tone of voice.
RESULTS
Poltrona Frau has managed to develop uniform communication across the various online channels. During Trade Shows, the brand has paid greater attention to online-to-offine integration, which allowed it to acquire new followers and increase the involvement of its Chinese clientele.
Official Account restyling
The brand implemented a complete restyling of its Official Account to create a new consistent look and feel on all the channels aligned with the brand identity. Poltrona Frau continues to manage messaging in-house, but with the support of Digital Retex to increase efficacy on its target.
