Roberto Coin Launches on Tmall

Roberto Coin, a pioneer and one of the most renowned names in the international jewelry industry, aimed to enhance brand awareness and solidify its position as a high-end reference in the Chinese market.

Retex China supported Roberto Coin in strengthening its brand awareness in China and in carrying out the complex activities necessary for the opening of its flagship store on Tmall, the most popular Chinese marketplace.

Project

Retex China supported Roberto Coin in the following activities: strengthening brand awareness through managing communication on major Chinese social channels and activating influencer marketing and advertising campaigns; opening Roberto Coin's flagship store on Tmall; monitoring sales performance; and coordinating all partners involved in the project.

Results

The project resulted in continuous and steady sales growth on Tmall and a significant strengthening of Roberto Coin’s brand awareness in China.
