The restyling of the WeChat profile for one of the protagonists of Italian design.

Zanotta, an iconic Italian furniture company with over seventy years of experience in creating designs with intuition and innovation, has chosen to renew the look of its Official WeChat Account in order to expand and strengthen its digital strategy aimed at the Chinese market.

THE PROJECT

The key objectives of the restyling were re-establishing consistency between the website and the new stylistic line adopted by the brand and, above all, improving its functionality. Moreover, the integration of the account with the core module of ICONIC, Retex’s proprietary Conversational Commerce platform, leads to the addition of two new features: the configuration of the store locator and the creation of a real product catalog.

RESULTS

Retex, in addition to increasing the attractiveness of what could be defined as the brand’s main digital showcase in the Asian world, designed a new and more accessible system architecture. This will give Zanotta the opportunity to interact directly with its followers through interactive content, messaging services, broadcasts and news.
