Moschino is one of the most important Italian fashion houses.

Founded by designer Franco Moschino in 1983, today the label continues its international expansion by opening single-brand stores in Europe, America and Japan. Moschino, which already has a presence in major Chinese cities, aimed to increase its digital presence in China.


We opened Moschino's new Official Account on the occasion of the most important Chinese holiday, the Chinese New Year. Together with a coherent editorial plan and support activities, we have enabled the brand to make direct, immediate and constant digital contact with its followers. Moschino has maintained its brand identity by adapting its contents to the local taste.


Creation of the WeChat Official Account

An OA has been created with dynamic content and eye-catching templates. To fully exploit the potential of WeChat, Moschino has chosen ICONIC, the management platform created by Digital Retex to take advantage of the advanced features of the CSM and in particular the QR Generator. Moschino has thus obtained an excellent profiling of its followers, creating special activities and exclusive communications for selected targets. The ability to create follower groups by scanning generated QR code now allows for sophisticated communication management on WeChat.
