Ventis is the online shopping portal that promotes exclusively Italian products in fashion, food and wine, and home goods.
The strategic goal of the company is to spread and establish its eCommerce model in the Chinese market. The essential means to achieve this is the WeChat channel, which needs to be integrated into the management flows of the company’s information system.
THE PROJECT
The strong expertise developed over the years in WeChat technology has allowed us to create an extension on our proprietary platform, ICONIC. Within this platform, the feature called Store Front enables full functional connectivity between the WeChat Official Account and Ventis's eCommerce system.
SOLUTIONS
A single control center:
The product catalog, sent orders and after-sale procedures are natively integrated in the original processes of the Ventis IT systems. As a result, Store Front retains a single control center for all sale transactions, performing on every channel and from everywhere.
Electronic payments:
A Payment Service Provider has also been activated to enable payments via WeChat Pay.
